What it does
Our web application allows one to sync their FitBit data and based on all of their FitBit metrics recommends if the user should workout or not. Our web app also allows for real-time voice recognition as a form of communication!
How we built it
We built the backend using python and the front end using React.js. We split our team into backend and frontend and then went from there!
Challenges we ran into
We ran into many challenges such as random errors, not saving before running code, all of that fun stuff! one particular thing we found difficult was the integration between the back and front end. This required us to learn many new things.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of the backend of our web app as well as the front end. We used a completely new API and managed to get it working in both Python and Javascript.
What we learned
We learnt many things! New APIs, different integration frameworks, and working together on a code project with a team!
