Inspiration

For fashion brands and e-commerce sellers, creating viral video content on TikTok or Douyin is essential but time-consuming. We noticed that many creators struggle to storyboard their ideas or write precise video prompts for AI generation platforms like Seedance. We wanted to build a productivity tool that automates this workflow.

What it does

FitVideo AI is a dual-skill assistant designed for fashion video marketing:

1. Video Deconstruction & Prompt Generation: It analyzes and deconstructs successful TikTok fashion videos, automatically generating storyboard image prompts (for Midjourney/DALL-E 3) and highly optimized video generation prompts.
2. Seedance Standardization: It provides standardized video prompt templates specifically optimized for the Seedance platform, ensuring creators get high-quality, stable fashion video outputs every time.

How we built it

The core logic is programmed in Python (as shown in our repository max-codex-skills). We leveraged OpenAI's prompt engineering and Codex-level skills to structure the analysis. We also designed the user experience (UX) to ensure non-technical fashion designers can easily generate video assets.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was standardizing video prompts for platforms like Seedance, where camera movement and fabric texture descriptions require highly specific formatting. We solved this by developing a structured template engine within our script.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully created a working prototype that bridges the gap between video analysis and generative AI video creation, making it incredibly easy for small apparel brands to scale their content production.

What we learned

We gained a deep understanding of video structure deconstruction and how to write highly effective prompts that AI video generators can accurately interpret.

What's next for FitVideo AI

We plan to integrate a user-friendly frontend interface (designed in Figma) to let users drag-and-drop video links and export complete storyboard packages with one click.
