Inspiration

Wide use of bots in different discord servers while conducting events/hackathons

What it does

A simple discord bot deployed on heroku to react with some emoji or replies to messages. It also assigns roles to server's members which is quite important while organising competitions or hackathons.

How we built it

Using discord.js, npm packages, nodemon. We also created a discord server to test the HueHacks bot (name of bot we gave).

API errors, token changes

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we have learnt a basic knowledge how we can create basic operations of bot in a server and also deployment of it on heroku/cloud hosting service.
