Inspiration

I have had a idea for a money tracking app for a long time but I could never get to it as I was in school and doing homework , but when I could not hold it any longer I made it in to reality .

What it does

My app is a app where you can track your expences like how much money you spend on food or driving or even going shopping and it is for people that want to save money but can't real get to it so they can use my app and just track there money and stop bad investments like not eating burgers every month saving you $10 .

How we built it

I built this app in around 5 days with the help of a framework called expo go and react-native .

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge I ran in to was the UI as it was taking a lot of time to get right and fix the bugs in because of the long code and many files .

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of that I am for the first time taking part in a hackathon and building my first app in a new framework I have not sued before !

What we learned

I have learned how to make apps in a new framework and even how to get better in other fileds like debugging which can in the future come handy for my job interviews .

What's next for Finova

I am planning to give it and advertise it in my school and tell everyone about it so I can get feedbacks and change it to how people like it so I can boost my sales !
