Inspiration

When i saw my bank statement and got very confused with all the transactions. So, got an idea to track them all

What it does

It allows user to:

• login
• add transactions
• set goals
• set budgets

Features

• Login: Sign in with Google securely
• Add Transaction: User can add transaction as income or expense
• Set Goal: User can set monthly goals to stay motivated

• Set Budget for categories: User can set budgets for diferent categories. App will notify if any cateogry expenses passes it's budget

• Goal and Budget Features are under development, which will surely get completed the next day

  How we built it

  Tech Stack: Nextjs14 + MongoDB + Shadcn UI

  Challenges we ran into

  Mostly Database errors such as Aggregation Pipelines, no data and more

  Accomplishments that we're proud of

  I have completed a basic app where user can login and add transactions. They can also view various metrics like:

• Total Expense

• Total Income

• Current Balance

What's next for Finora

Adding more features and completing unfinished one
