Gobind and myself have decided to carry this idea to completion with eventual publication of the app on iOS and Android app stores. What we will be learning from taking this project to completion will be the use of geolocation services, integration of social networks more fully, and in-app purchases. We also plan to add a feature to compile the story into a pdf and possibly integration with Amazon's self-publishing platform, CreateSpace.com. This will allow for the compilation of several stories that could be chosen by different selection processes, e.g,. real authors, users of the platform (similar to a People's Choice Award or voting), Facebook groups, etc. How the proceeds would from purchases of these compilations through Amazon is yet to be determined.
