Inspiration
The motivation behind this was I had a friend(girl but not my girlfriend) called Ann who had Anemia, She got really sick and was sent to the hospital when we were in school. Turns out she had lost lots of blood, she needed blood, She needed someone in her blood group to donate, She had to wait a day before She got someone who was referred to by a friend. The guy was 0+ and willing to donate blood to Ann. There was a 24 hr delay and she was very lucky to survive because there was no blood available for her for that whole period, but think about it, what would have happened if the donor was not found just in time to donate? The problem is that in a community(school), people need some kind of help all the time, so the traditional way is to ask your friends and if they can't help you, what do you do? what if there's someone just down the hall or in any part of your community who's not your friend and is willing to help, how do you find that person?
What it does
That's when Fingers comes in, Fingers is not just an app, it's more of a digital Mother Theresa whose vision is to connect those who want help of any kind to those who are willing to help and are right in their community.
