Challenges we ran into

Hacking together a power source when our battery didn't work and attempting to implement 3 different bluetooth libraries (1st was only compatible with one of our microcontrollers, 2nd was outdated and had vapid documentation, 3rd finally worked but was much more complicated to code).

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Smoothly building all physical and electrical components. Successfully implementing bluetooth capability after 6 hours of hard work and trying 3 different libraries.

What we learned

Bluetooth can be pretty complex and that we should bring our own hardware for hardware hackathons (Except for select items)

What's next for finger++

Compacting the switch for placing in shoes and beautifying the glove as well as adding range of motion and strength to finger. In the future, adding computer vision to predict user intent to eliminate learning curve.
