Personal experience with moving around the US a lot as a kid.

NOTE: The another team has been recording their video for awhile, so we don't think we will have the time to record a video and still submit, so for now we are attaching just the powerpoint with the explanations. Also, our code currently still does have a bug with the final score calculation aspect - we are still troubleshooting it, but our hopes are not high for fixing it before the deadline. However the calculations for the Analyze_HateCrimes build file are working well, which is the main point of our project.
