Inspiration

After struggling with confusing car websites, I wanted to create a tool that makes finding, comparing, and understanding Toyota vehicles simple for everyone.

What it does

FindMyToyota lets users search, compare, estimate payments, and connect with dealers—all in one easy place.

How we built it

As first-time builders, we mapped out the buyer journey, designed every screen in Figma, and made a clickable prototype. We tried using Swift and adding features like a chatbot and live data, but needed more experience.

Challenges we ran into

It was tough to simplify all the car info and finance details for users. We also struggled to set up Swift coding, chatbots, and live data connections under time pressure.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a complete, user-friendly Figma prototype from scratch. Even without a technical background, we made something real, useful, and easy for anyone to try.

What we learned

Design matters just as much as code, if not more. Figma made it possible for us to turn our idea into something people can actually use. We learned the value of teamwork, clear thinking, and listening to what users need.

What's next for FindMyToyota

We hope to add smarter features, live data, and an interactive chatbot, then turn our design into a full working app. But first? A little rest, then we're excited to keep learning and building.
