Inspiration

We wanted to tackle the problem of not having an idea of what to eat when a group goes out

What it does

selects random restaurants and allows you to ban and choose

How we built it

we built it over in an android app

Challenges we ran into

we created a database in java and we had problems with the design, we also had a struggle with the API

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we were able to complete the product with features and with a good design

What we learned

how to design an app properly, how to use multiple apis

What's next for findmefood

we want to be able to fuse multiple lists from other people and we want to be able to create a suggestion list based on your like and dislikes and lastly to create a system that allows everybody to be happy with a restaurant
