In a world filled with noise, stress, and constant digital interruptions, I often found myself needing a quick break—just a moment to breathe and reset. Most mental wellness apps felt bloated or inaccessible, especially when I needed them the most. This inspired me to build Find Your Calm—a one-click, no-login space for calmness, focus, and relief.
What it does
🕒 A 3-minute calming timer to encourage users to pause, breathe, and step away from stress 🧘♂️ A clean and minimal interface with no clutter, notifications, or distractions ⚡ Instant access — no login, no registration, just one click to start the timer 📱 Fully mobile-optimized to allow stress relief anytime, anywhere
How we built it
I built this project solo using Bolt.new, a no-code development tool that allowed me to rapidly prototype, design, and deploy without writing traditional code. The final site was deployed via Netlify for reliable and fast global hosting.

Designing a meaningful experience within the limitations of no-code tools Making the interface truly calming without overcomplicating it Sourcing lightweight, royalty-free sounds Achieving full mobile responsiveness without custom CSS or JS Face problem with pdf setting up so used image instead for now.

What's next for Find Your Calm
🎵 Mood-based sound personalization: Let users select calming sounds based on their emotional state (e.g., anxious, sad, overwhelmed) to create a more personalized and effective experience. ✍️ Gratitude journaling module: A simple journaling interface to help users reflect on positive moments, boosting mindfulness and emotional resilience. 🌙 Dark mode for night use: Introduce a soft dark theme to reduce eye strain and support nighttime relaxation. 📊 Breathing streaks or micro-goals: Add optional light gamification—like daily check-ins or streak tracking—to encourage consistent mindful breaks without pressuring users. 🧰 Calm tools suite: Expand the site into a broader wellness toolkit, including features like focus timers, affirmation cards, or calming visual loops. 📱 Mobile app version: Currently a website, Find Your Calm will be developed as a dedicated mobile app (iOS/Android) to ensure offline availability and deeper integration into users’ daily routines.
