Find the cowboy/girl

Inspiration

I wanted to try something cool with natural language processing, and the theme inspired me to pursue this project.

What it does

It uses machine learning from a dataset to check if a sentence or phrase sounds like it came from a cowboy/girl

How I built it

I used the scikit-learn library in python to build it.

Challenges I ran into

Many, many Typos. Also, I was not experienced in natural language processing before this hackathon but this one helped me learn it well.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I was able to build a natural language processing app, which I am happy about.

What I learned

I learned how natural language processing works and how to use the scikit-learn library.

What's next for Find the cowboy/girl

I can tailor this application to have more real-world uses, such as to assist people in identifying categories in text.
