Inspiration

MSMEs and freelancers generate invoices every day but still struggle with understanding taxes and handling balance sheets. The goal was to make financial awareness accessible and clearing balance sheets and save their time to do more business.

What it does

FinCop is an AI-powered MSME financial assistant that helps users manage invoices and understand their tax situation in real time. Key features: a. Smart invoice generation with automatic summaries b. AI invoice/bill scanning using Gemini c. Real-time income tracking and financial overview d. Estimated tax insights and suggested ITR category guidance e. AI chat assistant that answers MSME finance and compliance questions

Instead of just storing invoices, FinCop turns financial data into actionable insights.

How we built it

We used AiStudio to create app from scratch. AI: Gemini API used for in agentic form:

Invoice data extraction

AI auditor

We focused on building a functional MVP with a clean workflow: create/upload invoice → analyze with AI → generate financial insights.
