Inspiration

I have been in the financial services industry most of my life and found financial planning to be a slow, costly and inefficient process.

What it does

My Finchat skill for Alexa tries to make the process immediate, cost-effective and as painless as possible.

How I built it

I built it using node.js in Lambda triggered by an Alexa skill.

## Challenges I ran into

The challenges were numerous, especially as there were so many possible paths. To address this I tried to keep the user on "rails" giving few options as an utterance.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud that I got to the end although there is no end as it will be on a continuous path of improvement
