Inspiration

Since we are both Freshmen in trying to ETAM into Computer Science, we've heard stories about students applying to over 50 jobs/internships only to hear nothing back from any companies. We thought that it would be fun to create a website for Finch since the service helps save time and streamline the job application process.

What it does

This website is a place for users to learn about Finch's services, the startup story, and potentially sign up and purchase it.

How we built it

We used a website template and repurposed its design elements to it Finch's branding and design.

Challenges we ran into

Time and the amount of work was an issue for us since this was our first time doing a programming hackathon as a duo. In addition, we both had mandatory meetings during the hackathon that took our time away from programming.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are overall proud of our website given the amount of time that we had to make it :)

What we learned

We learned that it is important to plan our the UI beforehand.

What's next for Finch

We would like to add animations to our website as well as integrate more of Finch's imagery into the website design.
