Inspiration

The business problem for Bank Operator is to understand the NAK messages received from SWIFT/Local Clearing. We wanted to address this problem by leveraging the existing Error code table with descriptive error messages

What it does

For Bank Operator ,solution helps to 1)Display the descriptive error message mapped against each NAK as per Error Code mapping 2)Effort saving in NAK message Analysis The enhanced solution display the descriptive messages fetched from Error Repository

How I built it

The building blocks of the solution designed to address the NAK message Analysis. Integration of Error message Repository with GPP UI and display the message as per mapping

Challenges I ran into

Analyse the Historic NAK message data and identify the error causing fields and its documentation for Error Repository

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Building and developing prototype enhancing GPP feature in Error Handling. We could showcase the innovation that could be done on GPP Product and it can help Bank Operator while dealing with NAK messages.

What's next for Finastra Fusion Global Pay Plus GPP - Product Enhancement

Finastra can adopt our solution and enhance GPP feature. Integration of GPP Validation with Error Repository and restrict payments sending out with error causing data
