Inspiration
Many high school and colleges do not require financial literacy in the education system. We feel there is a lack of information, options, and visualizations to persuade anyone in high school or above to take a look at their current financial situation and ponder about the future.
What it does
Our tool first profiles users when they come in to see where their current financial situation and what tools and options can guide them to a better overall future and be prepared for tomorrow.
How I built it
We had two developers and one designer building a Ember.js front end application.
Challenges I ran into
Time limitations and any technical limitations
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We are amazed to get this far within a 48 hour range of time. The design looks professional and we almost achieved every goal and idea we wanted to accomplish.
What I learned
We learned a lot more about the finance, web design, and our chosen framework of Ember.js
What's next for Financial Wellbeing
With some polishing and user testing we can see what the next step for Financial Wellbeing
