Inspiration

As someone who struggled with financial planning knowledge, I often found myself unsure of where to start, what are good ETFs, and how to manage expenses effectively. This inspired me to create FinanceBud, a financial planner app. Despite being tech-savvy, I lacked financial knowledge, and I wanted to bridge this gap for myself and others. My goal was to develop a generative AI-powered app with low to no code, and most importantly, offer it for free. I aimed to add value to the global community by helping individuals manage their finances, especially during challenging economic times like recessions and inflation. Recognizing the diverse saving and investing schemes across different countries, I ensured that the app provided customized plans based on the user's location.

What it does

FinanceBud is a comprehensive financial planner app that empowers users to take control of their finances. It offers features such as goal setting, investment recommendations, saving tips, and personalized financial plans tailored to the user's location and financial goals. With its user-friendly interface and AI-driven insights, FinanceBud makes financial planning accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of financial literacy.

How we built it

Built on PartyRock, a no-code platform, FinanceBud was developed with ease and efficiency. Leveraging the platform's intuitive tools and pre-built components, I was able to design and deploy the app without the need for traditional programming. By harnessing the power of generative AI, FinanceBud provides accurate and personalized financial advice to users worldwide.
