Inspiration: To see how the market would play out if traders were buying and selling at random. To see how the price moves based on several factors, such as news events and trading strategies.

What it does: It simulates market price movement based on supply and demand + news. To allow people to practice trading risk-free. And to see how AI agents' reactions affect the market.

How we built it: Using Python and HTML (Flask) to host a server.

Challenges we ran into: Developing the website interface, integrating news by market subsections so that they impact them, ensuring the market simulation is as accurate as possible based on real human feedback on risk-taking.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Creating the market stimulation tool that very closely resembles the real market. Being able to integrate external factors such as news events into market price. Additionally, integrating Oakland University students' risk-taking habits into the market simulation using a random student survey.

What we learned: A lot, seriously.
