Inspiration

The inspiration behind Finance Freedom comes from ordinary people like you and me who have to step into the adult world of finances with no heads-up. With multiple schools not providing their students with adequate information even on the basic terms such as loans and taxes, the youth is often unprepared and are forced to make unaware decisions when it comes to their finances.

What it does

Finance Freedom is your go-to app with anything related to money. It not only helps the very beginners at a grassroot level by providing simplified definitions of terms through the help of a LearnBot but also adults who need financial guidance. It provides you with a budget tracker to track your expenses and learn about how to master the art of budgeting, notifying you in accordance with the respective budget. You can also stay up to date with the latest news and updates covering everything from finance to fintech. At a very affordable price, you get expert financial consultants for life.

How we built it

We used figma for prototype and Wix to build our website.

Challenges we ran into

Converting our figma prototype into a well built responsive website was a very big challenge for us. Also, we found it difficult to adjust the aspect ratios of our frames according to the screen size. It was difficult for us since we all are new to web development.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we were able to gather a solution to this problem and create prototype mock up through figma.

What we learned

Learned creating website from Wix and also working with HTML/CSS codes were new for all of us.

What's next for Finance Freedom

We are aiming to reach wider audience and make them financially literate and self- dependent.
