What it does
Empower individuals to learn or practice investing in a stress-free manor by simulating investments with real market data.
How we built it
Designate members into 4 individual roles. Front end, Back end, AI integrator, Data analyzer. Each role implemented from the plan. Iterate and refine plan through updated versions until a desired outcome was met.
Challenges we ran into
Problem selection, AWS integration, merge conflicts. Plan execution. Data dependency across different team members, delaying testing and production.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Being able to create something from start to end as a team of good friends.
What we learned
Planning is more important than implementation.
What's next for Finance Bro
Integrate user's real portfolios for profile analysis. Develop algorithms or machine learning models to predict prices for assets. Introducing other sectors of investing such as real-estate
