Final Audit Report

A single page view of all MES information related to a serial number.

In manufacturing process, Serial number is assigned to track the individual part numbers. Part can be serialized or non-serialized based on business scenario. For serialized parts, Operators may enter the serial number or work order to perform shop floor activities. Currently, I assume we do not have a complete visibility of shop floor activities in MES products based on serial number.

Proposed Solution is to provide MES Status report information for any given Serial number or Work order to display details such as Open and Closed operations along with work orders Operator sign offs and Operation performed at NCR's Step data Serial Tracking Supplier Deviation requests

This solution can be best fit as web app and can be tailored to mobile app as well.

Advantages for employees or operations in a production plant:

A final window status check to see if all operations are signed off and all quality related data exists.
It will help Supervisors or Cell Leaders to determine if all operations are closed and where the part is. Can be used as standard status report across multiple sites. Ability to track all defects with disposition status and maintain history
