No central place to access account position (balances) across various accounts a customer holds in a Bank. No options available to manage and schedule branch visits digitally which causes customer inconvenience and leads to long queues at branch with low turnaround rates. No mechanism to help customer visualise their spend patterns in an intuitive fashion instead of going through detailed itemised statements.

What it does

Exploit existing Mobile Apps/platform for Banks to create value add services to customers amid COVID situation All the accounts linked to the UPI can be accessed on the app screen.  Create a one stop shop to access account balances at one place. Select an Account to view immersive digital statements / spent pattern for that account – which is a relief from the traditional itemised statements.
