AI receptionist Answers calls 24/7 in a natural voice. Qualifies leads, captures job details, books appointments in real-time, handles FAQs. Escalates true emergencies to the owner via SMS.

Smart dispatcher Assigns jobs to the right technician based on location, skills, and real-time availability. Auto-sends arrival windows to both techs and customers.

Customer communicator Sends appointment reminders, en-route notifications, follow-up messages, and seasonal maintenance prompts — all automated, all personalized per job.

Invoice + payment agent Generates and sends invoices on job completion. Follows up on outstanding balances automatically. Accepts payment via a Stripe link in SMS or email.
