Inspiration

When We see overfishing data in Indonesia it came across my mind,will be enough fish in the future?.And not all people can eat that kind of fish,because sometime it can be really expensive. Because of that major problem we try to solve with our prototype with our machine learning model

What it does

We will build an app which detect real time fishing that caught in spesific area,lets say there are more tuna in Aceh and then we can inform people who using our app to eat more of tuna, we are gonna also sell the fish as business to consumer or business to business but only for sell it to another province of Indonesia. We also give information real time to the fisherman about how much fish taken in the nearby harbor so we have more kind of fish in the market and reduce the amount of overfishing so they can select which fish the want to caught. We also gonna map which fish in their peak season tell to the customer and fisherman for catch more of it and less catch another fish , so it more sustainable.

How we built it

We are gonna use kotlin for build the app, python for machine learning model

Challenges we ran into

1.Challenges we are countered is building android app is difficult. 2.Machine learning model we are use is based on year data,we need more monthly and date data to give more accurate information of fish in peak season. 3.Not much data tell in which date or month a spesific fish on their peak season. 4.Deep learning model have low accuracy since the feature only small number

We are already build machine learning model to detect in which area have more fish for more be consumed

Using Tableau we can analyse the data.The data we are using is from Indonesia ministry of fisheries
