Inspiration

The rise of generative AI made image creation easier, but most tools still lack meaningful control. Prompt-only systems often produce inconsistent results, making it difficult for designers and developers to create precise visuals. We wanted a system where users could generate an image and edit every detail — objects, lighting, composition, and more — similar to working inside a real design studio. This inspired Fibmagine.

What it does

Fibmagine is a fully controllable, professional image-generation tool powered by FIBO AI.
Users can:

  • Generate images using natural prompts
  • Edit scenes, add or remove objects, adjust lighting, modify colors, and change backgrounds
  • Control camera style and composition
  • Fine-tune outputs using a structured JSON prompt editor
  • Work through a clean, intuitive UI

How we built it

Fibmagine is built using a modular architecture integrated with Bria’s FIBO AI, an object-aware generative model.
Key components include:

  • Frontend UI built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS for a smooth editing experience
  • A JSON prompt editor for structured, parameter-based control
  • FIBO AI integration enabling object-level generation and editing
  • A realtime rendering pipeline for immediate visual feedback

Our focus was balancing power, precision, and simplicity.

Challenges we ran into

  • Implementing structured JSON-based editing while keeping the UI simple
  • Maintaining consistent image quality across multiple edit steps
  • Understanding the technical behavior of FIBO’s object-aware model
  • Designing a workflow that feels natural for both beginners and professional creators
