Technology is what allows us to reach each other across large distances, while art allows us to connect with each other on a deeper level. The creator expresses oneself to his work, while an observer resonates to it in his/her own way. When people of different backgrounds and places come together in one place and express themselves through art, we are able to create something beautiful.
A web app that features a board where all users will collaborate on it to add pieces of media. Users will have the ability to post on the board and create a global work of art The incentive of having an account would be that the user will be able to track the posts they have made. Since the theoretical board will have a finite space on the page, some pieces of media may get lost as other users’ pieces get stacked up onto or around it. Users will be able to add posts (with a set time limit between posts) to this board that are globally shared and the content that will be allowed will be images(GIFs as well!)
Database to hold the information on the global board Database for logged users that will hold the media they have posted Decide on limits: (Types of media), (Cooldown between posts) Contribution function to be able to add to the board and decide which location. Decide how adding to the board may look e.g. drag and drop, (x,y) coordinate input…any other recommendations appreciated
