Christmas shows and crazy end-of-year shopping! The weirdest and coolest clothes of the season might be here!

Special category Selection:

1- Best Clothing creations | 2- Best winter/holiday themed addition to a newly built world

Others, only if allowed (In the form, you can select more than two, and the email instructions say "try," not "must," so it's unclear to me whether it's possible to choose more than two. If so, these are the other categories this world could fall into): 3-Best Coziness Themed World | 4-Best potential World Broadcast Implementation | 5-Best Social Experience | 6-Best Memorable NPC

How we built it

Developed with Worlds Desktop Editor! (typescript + meta horizon AI help!) It's a world where you can work to tidy up the snow festival! You can act, tidy up, restore snowmen, ride magical seals! There are so many dresses to try on! I used AI to create backgrounds, 3D models, some clothing, and textures! It was a great help. This contest came up while I was studying for my psychology exams, so I didn't have much time. Without the AI, I wouldn't have been able to finish everything! The NPCs in Horizon Wolrds are fantastic! With the recent updates, it's so easy to generate bizarre shapes and make them talk! Thanks to whoever developed this magical thing! As an artist, I wouldn't have known how to get them to talk in such a short time otherwise!

What it does

Get dressed and go on an adventure! There are costumes for the theater, costumes for the fashion show, and costumes for the volunteers who keep the festival running smoothly! A little trick: the garbage furthest from the bins is worth more! And cigarette butts too!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

A lot of original clothes! I had so much fun designing the clothes with Adobe and Meta AI tools! Emphasis on the social experience: when you approach the fire, your avatar will automatically do hello with the hand; it's important to be kind by design by default! Emphasis on workers: volunteers are angels! Together, we can do so much good! Let's not forget any of them (It's not a random slogan! I helped in Venice during the exceptional high tide, but I'm also a VJ for local charity parties!). That's why the clothes I've highlighted around the world are a mix of Christmas spirit and "worker" textures!

What we learned

I learned how to use the new features of Worlds Desktop Editor, especially Javascript, Typescript, and programming in general. I have a degree in fine arts and I'm a cyberpsychology student, not a developer! :) I'm new here! I would like to use it for my thesis in cognitive psychology and technology!

What's next for Festival Snow Clothes Island

Christmas Events! There will be daily rewards, missions with exclusive prizes, and everything will be much more optimized to accommodate many users! There will be live-streamed theater performances; everyone is invited! I'll be gradually adding new clothes and new purchasing options (even through world variables, without spending real money, just temporarily borrowing the dress overlay!), I won't publish everything right away, updates will come with events! The events will end at the beginning of the new year! Don't miss them!

Hi everyone! I've been studying incredibly hard for my university exam these days... I was also physically ill ...unfortunately I had to put a lot of things aside and wrap things up so quickly! You'll definitely feel this rush in the video, but I had to make a choice and prioritize my university exams! Good luck to everyone! Thanks to Meta for this opportunity, if you're reading this! I can't wait to see your projects!
