Inspiration
We wanted to allow other women to have a way to easily connect with professionals and discuss important topics. Our user-friendly interface allows people to do just that!
What we learned
It was a few of our first times doing a hackathon and doing web development so we definitely learned alot! A few technical things we learned were CSS transitions and other effects to make our website look nice.
What's next for FemNet
We would like to add a search function and the ability to tag different discussion posts so that users can more easily find what they are looking for. Additionally, we are hoping to add more resources for different careers to make our app even more useful!
