We do all the work for you to get you the best songs to fit your mood, all you have to do is take a picture of how you feel and instantly recommendation will appear that relate to who you are at that moment.
How we built it
We used NextJS with serverless functions with Flask to create API integration without frontend directly from the client.
Challenges we ran into
We had hiccups with the API integration and fine tuning the variables that determined not only the emotions but the songs. Each emotion, genre, and choice the user had had an impact on the song they got.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of our UI. Since the users are there to get closer to their creative side with music, it was important for us to mirror that uniqueness with our design.
What we learned
We learned the capabilities of opencv and serverless functions.
What's next for Feelin It
The next step is to extend the number ad complexity of feelings with better models and training.
