Inspiration

Prevent food waste by creating an interactive multi-channel system that will allow people with surplus excess foods from Weddings, Parties, and other events, to contact 'No Food Waste'

What it does

Aim to redistribute surplus food to those who are in need of it. If you have excess food from an event, party, wedding, etc, please call our helpline, our volunteers will collect the excess food from you and distribute it among people who need it. The excess food will be checked for quality because the lack of proper refrigeration and storage tends to spoil food. This Online Portal Connects Food Donors, Event Heads, volunteers with NGOs, local communities. So, Food Can be distributed at the local level at every State or any City.

How I built it

We make it by editing a website template by using our basic skills of Html5 and Css3 and the presentation made using Canvas designing online software.

Challenges I ran into

Developed the website 2 times completely from scratch, created te presentation 3 times, and  also faced some 
 challenges editing the video.

Accomplishments

 I am proud of Completed the project successfully and on time. Developed the website to contribute to the greater 
 cause.

What I learned

We learned some animations while building the website, learned teamwork, and also learned how to lead a team 
 and gets things done.

What's next for Feedhungry

   We are looking forward to taking feedhungry on a massive scale through marketing and increasing the team size.
  and improving different operations and systems.
