Challenges we ran into

When embarking on a hardware project, showcasing the functionality of the project through video can be an effective way to communicate its value and features to stakeholders. However, it can be limiting when the project is only able to submit one single link to a video that shows its functionality.

In such a scenario, it is natural to wish for a method to submit several videos into the project instead of just having one single link. This is particularly true if the project has multiple features or aspects that need to be demonstrated, as a single video might not be enough to cover all of them effectively.

Fortunately, there are several options available for submitting multiple videos into a hardware project. One way is to create a playlist of videos and share that playlist link with stakeholders. This can be done using platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, both of which have options to create and share playlists.

Another option is to use a cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox to store and share multiple videos. These services allow users to create a shared folder and upload multiple videos into it, which can then be accessed by stakeholders via a link.

In addition, some project management tools also have built-in video upload and sharing capabilities. For example, if the hardware project is being managed using a tool like Asana or Trello, videos can be uploaded to the project boards and shared with relevant team members.

Ultimately, the method chosen to submit multiple videos will depend on the specific needs and constraints of the project. However, it is important to remember that having the ability to submit several videos can greatly enhance the project's ability to effectively showcase its features and functions to stakeholders
