Filling survey forms after every support call are very tiring and time-consuming

It uses Symbl AI to auto-transcribe and generate a user-experience report from their conversation.

We used Sawo API for authentication and Symbl API for generating reports of the conversation. It accepts the media URL and directly shows the summarised user experience.
