Inspiration

I have always wanted a pet, but I never really had the ability to get one. In addition, I have always wanted something to give me encouragement while writing code or doing other things while I am doing work on my computer.

What it does

The user is able to give a fish to the cat and get inspiration cat pun to lift their spirits. It's small window allows people to feed the cat while also being able to do work

How we built it

I built it in VS Code using Python using the Pygame library code this.

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges that I ran into was making the particles work and not be too laggy.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of the particle system as it really adds a lot of energy and polish to the game.

What we learned

This was my first time using python, so I was able to learn a lot of basics, like loops, arrays, and classes.

What's next for Feed the Cat

I might add new animals or/and animation to give this program more life and joy.
