We got inspired with the thought that we can make any thing and code it ourselves to solve the problems ,with the help of arduino. Our project's name is " Fault detection and Seperation" as the name tells our project detects the faulty product and seperates it from the perfeccts ones. We built it from scratch using Arduino Uno , I2C Liquid Crystal Display, Buzzer , A Servo , and a IR sensor for making the assembly of the project .We also made a seperate conveyor belt for passing the products with the help of a motor . We faced many challenges such as interfacing all the components and sensors all together with an arduino. Making of the conveyor was also one of the challanges . We learnt many things while making this project , we learnt how different components are interfaced with arduino , how to check for the faults and resolve the problem. it also helped in flourishing our arduino coding. As this is just a prototype of our idea , we plan to convert it into a useful day to day industrial component by making it into a real product and adding many more features to it that we have planned .
