Inspiration
Food is important for humans ever since the dawn of humanity, and it will be important more than ever in the future. However, some people do not have motivation or the time to come up with a quick meal, or they just waste the food they do not include in their recipes. As we sat down staring at our cream cheese bagel, we decided that we wanted to create a tool where other people can also have access to simple, yet delicious meals.
What it does
User inputs available tools and food. The app then generates quick recipes for user to make using what's available to them.
How we built it
We tried to program it using Swift UI.
Challenges we ran into
We could not download X Code, an application only available to MacOS. Though we tried for hours, our MacBooks did not have storage or the version required. Thus, it did not work at the end.
Accomplishments that we're proud of & What we learned
We were still able to learn the basics of Swift UI through an IOS development workshop. We also learned a bit more about how to use HTML and CSS.
What's next for Fast Food!
Actually program an app for it.
