Giving people insight into how farmings are operated.
What it does
Simulates a farming operation -- a harvester harvests the crops, then seeds are planted. Afterwards, over time, as it rains, the crops grow, ready to be harvested again.
How we built it
We built it using Unity, coded in C#.
Challenges we ran into
Challenges we ran into were being able to simulate the operation as real as it could be in a short duration of a video.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of how the project looks visually and being able to implement the main functionalities we wanted to incorporate.
What we learned
There's a lot to think about when considering computer simulations, especially if they are meant to replicate real life -- being open to ideas from others and being adaptable to be able to incorporate those ideas is what makes a computer project realistic.
What's next for Farming Simulator
Making a playable farming simulator game instead of just a computer simulation.
