Farmers Bot

Inspiration

• We are Inspired by different activities in AA 360, that are much helpful to achieve complex processes easily and efficiently. • Instant messaging with AI and Chatbot is booming Technology. So, we had a thought of having a Chatbot that helps the Farmers to predict the crops and other information.

What it does

• This Farmers’ bot helps Farmers to get the below details: Insight of the yield which they can achieve Get a clear picture of the yield that they can get on sowing different crops Helps them to know the crop to sow based on the location and season Farmer's goals will be fulfilled.

How we built it

• 3 important tools are utilized here. Telegram API Python Automation Anywhere 360 • The process is AA Bot triggers python to initiate the chat option in the telegram 4 questions will be asked to users to give them the predicted yield.  The crop they wish to sow  City  State  Season The bot reads this information, logs into the spreadsheet, and analyzes the historical data Calculates the yield based on the production against Total Acres The calculated output will be in Tons/Acre.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• We can proudly say this chatbot will be a boon for the farmers to understand/predict the yield they may get once they sow the appropriate seed for the season.

What we learned

• How to enable Automation anywhere Rest API calls across the platform • How to call Python and help in enabling it • How Automation anywhere as a desirable tool helps in achieving our requirements easily

What's next for Farmers Bot

• Integrate the insights for the last 20-30 years yield production data which helps the farmer to get the trend and prediction on the specific seed to sow in a single click • Adding subsidy calculation for the seeds
