Inspiration
-> In India, there are lands that are unused and we are not taking advantage of these lands. Farming is a major occupation in India. But not all agricultural lands are being cultivated due to several reasons. Some people own a piece of land but don't do agriculture in it by themselves, some farmers don't have the financial support to cultivate in the fields. So the land becomes unused in the majority of the cases. Several families get affected due to this. There is a need to find a solution to this problem of using the majority of the land to cultivate that a farmer owns.
What it does
-> Lands can be given to a person on lease/rent. The person who owns the land will get money on a monthly basis. The person who gets the land does agriculture in it and sells the yields for profits. Our team has come up with the idea of an application that can be used to achieve this. If a person wants to give their land on a lease, they can publish their details on this app. Potential people willing to do agriculture, can contact the person and start cultivating the land. Our app will act as the middleman and thus the farmer or whoever owns the land, will earn money, the land will not become unused, the person who cultivates the land will earn money through the profits after selling his/her yields.
