Bangladeshi farmers often need quick, simple guidance for crop, livestock, and fishery problems.
What it does
FarmCare AI lets users select Crop, Livestock, or Fisheries, describe an issue, and receive possible causes, urgency, safe next steps, prevention tips, and expert-referral guidance.
How we built it
We built a responsive, Bangla-friendly web app using Replit, with a clean mobile-first interface and sample cases for fast demonstrations.
Challenges we ran into
The challenge was keeping advice useful but safe across three sectors. The app avoids certain diagnoses and encourages expert help for urgent cases.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We created one simple platform covering the full agricultural ecosystem with clear, actionable guidance.
What we learned
We learned that accessible design and clear language matter as much as technology.
What's next for FarmCare AI
We plan to add verified local resources, weather context, offline support, and connections to agricultural experts.
