We envisioned a world where travelers could effortlessly plan and execute personalised itineraries, allowing them to make the most of their journeys. Fueled by a desire to eliminate the hassles of generic travel planning, TravelGo was born.

What it does

TravelGo is an AI-driven itinerary planner designed to revolutionize the way people explore the world. It takes preferred location, duration of travel, budget and purpose of trip into account to generate tailored travel plans. The platform seamlessly integrates with popular travel services, providing real-time updates and suggestions. Whether you're a solo adventurer, a family on vacation, or a group of friends seeking unique experiences, TravelGo crafts itineraries that cater to your individual needs.

How we built it

We built TravelGo using a combination of intuitive user interfaces, and GPT turbo 3.5 API integrations. The robust backend ensures quick and accurate data processing, while the user-friendly frontend provides a smooth experience for travelers. The development process involved rigorous testing and iterative improvements to guarantee a reliable and user-centric product.

Challenges we ran into

Building TravelGo came with its set of challenges. Integrating API, fine-tuning the recommendation algorithms, and ensuring a responsive user interface posed initial hurdles. Additionally, handling data privacy concerns and optimizing for various travel scenarios demanded careful consideration. Overcoming these challenges required collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to delivering a product that exceeds expectations. However, due to lack of time and commitments we are unable to film the video. Nonetheless, the link to our code is attached.
