Fanciness by Nike

We realized that Nike kits show generally by season, but are not specifically geared towards different regions. For example, it is winter, but living in Portland I would like to purchase running capirs, whereas if I lived in New York, I would be more interested in hats and gloves. Our target user is a person that might not know how to dress for the weather.
