What it does
The Fan Master 3000 is designed to be a personal temperature regulation device similar to a desk fan. However, this device also incorporates an Peltier Thermo-Electric module that can heat or cool the air blown at the user, achieving local air conditioning. PWM is used to adjust the fan motor which allows for adjustable wing speeds. By incorporating a temperature sensor, this device will automatically adjust the heating/cooling mode and fan speed depending on the ambient temperature and the preset ideal temperature.
Disclaimer: because the Peltier Thermo-Electric module will both heat and cool the air at the same time, having warm air blown out of the fan means it will make the rest of the room and everyone else in it colder. However, this can be easily solved if all of your neighbors also buy the Fan Master 3000
