Inspiration

Our inspiration for Falconnect came from the significant challenges faced by individuals seeking employment, especially vulnerable groups like former criminals and people with disabilities. We wanted to create a solution that not only addresses unemployment but also provides personalized support to help these individuals build better futures.

What it does

Falconnect is a mobile app that connects users with skill training and job opportunities through a preference-based recommendation system. It includes a community section for interaction, sharing experiences, and offering support to each other, creating a comprehensive support network for individuals facing difficulties.

How we built it

We built Falconnect using modern mobile development frameworks and integrated machine learning algorithms to offer personalized recommendations. Our development team focused on creating an intuitive user interface and ensuring seamless integration with various training programs and job databases.

Challenges we ran into
