Inspiration

During this covid pandemic period, a lot of fake news is shared between social media to misguide audience. To check the verdict of a news whether it is a fake or real, I have build a fake news detection algorithm which can check the correctness of a news with a truth percentage present anywhere on the internet.

What it does

It identifies whether a news is fake or real along with a truth percentage.

How I built it

Using python as language and anaconda jupyer notebook I have built this machine learning algorithm.

Challenges I ran into

The dataset which I used was uncleaned and unsystematic.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

My algorithm can check any news present all over the internet.

What I learned

Different machine learning algorithms like logistic regression classifier and forest classifier.
