Inspiration

In today's modern age, it is easy for a person to stumble across misinformation and to believe that it's correct. However, there are certain things to look for that can help people identify misinformation. This project was created to try to educate people so that they can determine if a source is reliable or not, which help prevent themselves from being misinformed.

What it does

We wrote or found real and fake news. Then, in a game like format, the user determines whether or not the information is reliable or unreliable. We hope that this will help them spot misinformation in the real world.

How we built it

The project is built using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Challenges we ran into

We haven't used these specific programming languages much so we had to learn how to use them in the past two days.

What's next for Fact Check Frenzy - Misinformation Project

We have made it easy to add new sources and we can do this in the future. Additionally, since we had limited time, we had to mainly focus on the functionality of our project, and in the future, we can improve how it looks.
