Inspiration

We love music, and sometimes it's hard to play your regular playlists for whatever you're facing. So why not build a solution?

What it does

If you type in any word to the search bar we'll compile a custom playlist and save it right to your Spotify account. We didn't implement a delete feature because we don't trust ourselves, but our playlists are so amazing, you'll never want to delete them.

How we built it

We used React.js and Node.js, and the Spotify API.

Challenges we ran into

• Nat just learned React today, even though she teaches it
• Russell learned about oAuth after a struggle with everything involving client side oAuth

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works! And it's not ugly! And, we're actually going to use it... at least once...

What we learned

• Spec out a small project for Hackathons and success is on the way!

What's next for faceroller

• deleting songs off the playlist
• prettier UI
