What it does

Introduces a Trust Layer with: two-sided reviews, behavioral metrics, identity badges, fraud detection, and a streamlined notifications hub—helping buyers and sellers transact confidently.

How we built it

Conducted user research and a competitive audit, developed a comprehnsive PRD, created a protoype on Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Narrowing our solution to a focused and implementable scope. Balancing transparency vs. user privacy (48-hour review window). Avoiding friction for honest users while catching fraudulent behavior.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Created lightweight, scannable trust indicators on listings & profiles. Designed one-tap review flow for <10-second completion. Automated fraud detection for fast, reliable enforcement.

What we learned

Users respond well to clear, visual trust signals. Lightweight, fast interactions increase review completion. Behavior-based metrics drive confidence without overcomplicating the UI.
