A lot of jobs look at users facebooks for precreening. This number was around 37% of employers in 2012 and has probably increased along with the prevalence of facebook (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/20/employers-use-facebook-to-pre-screen-applicants_n_1441289.html). A lot of the time people might not even realize something they post would be offensive to someone else. We want to help people get hired by letting them fix their facebook.
